As you write “I would love…” followed by your desired outcome, you activate your imagination positively. This can shift your focus and help you envision new paths forward.

Another way to approach this question is, “How would I love to feel?” This is particularly useful during moments of confusion or anxiety. Identifying how you wish to feel can guide you toward actions that support that state, such as deep breathing or affirming your worth.
