Ultra Creator Fortune-Telling: A Path to Freedom in Entrepreneurship

Chapter 1: The Challenge of Time Management
"I wish I could, but I simply don't have the time."
I chuckled inwardly. Just moments before he expressed that, I had activated my Ultra Creator Fortune-Telling™ ability (written as "写輪眼" in Japanese). It was a bit awkward, to say the least.
"Hello, I'm Geo—"
"ULTRA CREATOR FORTUNETELLING TEE EM!"
Starting a conversation with such enthusiasm isn't a typical behavior for most. However, anime has taught us that to harness your powers, you must declare them with gusto. So, I went for it. George (the name I've chosen for him) eventually accepted this quirky introduction.
But back to the point. George felt he lacked the time to develop his first product, which I knew from my numerous discussions with creators. (Thank you, Ultra Creator Fortune-Telling™ for the insights!)
Why is it that creators often feel overwhelmed by time constraints? Alternatively, why do you find time so elusive?
If you are:
- Driven
- Ambitious
- Seeking true freedom
- Aiming to make a difference
The answer remains the same: You're taking on too much.
Indeed, way too much.
And you're not alone in this struggle. In the early stages of our careers, we often have to manage everything ourselves. There aren’t many alternatives. Hiring can be costly, and finding the right talent—those essential individuals—can require a significant investment.
Often, it's wiser to hire a coach to gain valuable knowledge while you handle the tasks yourself. But what comes next?
I frequently observe creators earning five to six figures solo, perhaps with the assistance of a virtual assistant. While that's commendable, it's not the end goal I envision for you.
Managing everything single-handedly can lead to exhaustion.
No breaks. No days off. No vacations. No flexibility.
This lack of freedom becomes a common reality for many creators, who find themselves replacing a 9-to-5 job with another, even more demanding role. Although this new venture might be exciting, it often comes with longer hours and increased stress.
What’s the result?
You may end up resenting the very act of creation—the most fulfilling pursuit you can engage in.
Here’s the takeaway I want to impart today:
Don't attempt to do everything on your own.
Scale your business to a manageable level. For some, this might mean having a lean team of three to four members, while for others, it could involve a bustling three-floor office.
Finding that balance may require some effort, but achieving it? That signifies genuine freedom. Embrace your independence.
